YOGA IN THE BOARDROOM
Book a workshop for your company
Either 45 or 90 minutes of a fun interactive workshop focusing on improving executive resilience and wellbeing at work. This takes elements of the yoga teachings and applies them to the working world. It is not a classic yoga class. You do not have to be able to do yoga to take part. It is open to all abilities. It is done in work-clothes in a work environment. Delivered online or in person.
The workshop will teach breath work to calm anxiety and feel powerfully calm;
Desk and chair stretches to release the physical tension in the neck, shoulders and hips caused by computer work;
Posture work to feel and look confident in presentations and meetings, and;
Self-care meditation and mindfulness techniques on how to stay positive during the new normal.

Self-Care in Time of Emotional Turmoil
With everything going on in the world today, it’s no surprise that people’s levels of anxiety and worry are going through the roof. Fears about health and loved ones has been matched by deep concern about jobs and financial futures. The effect of sustained mental anxiety can lead to physical exhaustion and overall decline in wellbeing.
This is a virtual workshop which teaches practical self-care techniques to stop, pause and process what is going on inside in order to feel calmer and more in control of emotional turmoil. Using breathing, mindfulness and guided meditation, it gifts participants with take-home tools to increase self-awareness, self-compassion and strengthens resilience to external turbulence.

Resilience & The Art of Being Kind to yourself at Work
In today’s busy, eventful world, it’s more important than ever to build resilience and maintain mental wellbeing at work. But what does that actually mean in practice? And how can you fit that into an already packed life?
